Can I make the consult fee non-refundable?
Yes. The deposit flag toggles refundable vs not. Most studios run the consult fee non-refundable to filter for serious bookings.
Can I block under-18s from booking?
Yes. The booking form requires a date of birth before submission; under-18 bookings are auto-rejected. Optional ID-upload step before confirmation.
